Horrible experience. Edwin, Night Manager, is unprofessional. We arrived late after Hilton screwed up our original reservation at another location and he thought it was funny to tell us he had no record of our reservation. Then, he was bothered that we didn’t find him funny. Extremely poor service. Stay somewhere else and avoid this place. Look at pictures of stains and broken door handles.

We had no towels and asked for 10+! hours and nothing.
Every-time we called we got told different time frames. Very unhelpful, and everytime we called to get an update on towels we received a BS answer.

Great location to watch any games at Dignity Health Stadium Clean room Fresh cookies when checking in is a bonus! Fast food restaurant just a minute walk. The only thing we don’t like is that they don’t have microwave in the room if you wanna warm up your food you have to go downstairs on level two anyways we can’t wait to stay in this hotel again next year watching LA sevens rugby.

I went to there restaurant Refinery inside the Doubletree. I was with my coworkers and we had exceptional service. I will definitely go back!

Stayed here this past weekend with my cousins visiting from San Diego. Absolutely love the location of the hotel, it’s proximity to the freeway and to StubHub Center! The service and amenities were terrific and the $12 shuttle ride to StubHub Center, round-trip, to watch a Chargers game was an awesome added touch. Thank you DoubleTree!

Nice place to stay but very expensive, rooms and restaurant. If it’s not included with your room, breakfast is $17. While I was staying there a large group was having a party at the restaurant. Out of control. Loud, obnoxious gathering of people. Shouldn’t be done in the restaurant. Maybe in a conference room. Myself and another guest left before we ordered because of the noise and actions of this group. It was like a zoo.

We've been here many times. The only reason we stay here is because it's close to Stub Hub when we stay out for LA Galaxy games. This place needs a major renovation. My family and I stayed in one of the Jr. Suites. Aside from the decent sized room, the carpets were filthy, the furniture was old, room had no towels, and the sofa bed had no linens. The bar area is great, clean and great bar service. The pool area lacks attention. No towels and when we asked staff it took them 45-50 minutes to bring towels. Very disappointing given it's a Hilton Doubletree.

Rooms are fine, nothing special but reasonably well equipped and spacious. Bathroom amenities are at a bare minimum, although additional things can be requested from housekeeping. Staff is very courteous and welcoming. The main problem with the hotel is that it's very loud. The walls are paper thin, and some rooms inexplicably have adjoining doors on both sides. As a result, you can hear every noise your neighbors make, to the point where it seems like they're standing in your room. That is, until the AC kicks in, which sounds like a truck engine. If you're going to stay here, I would strongly recommend bringing earplugs.

I attended an event with my employer and I can tell you, we had a greatest time. From the Service to the presentation to the food EVERYTHING was excellent. Hotel Mgmt came to our table and thanked each of us for supporting the City of Carson, not just the Doubletree Hotel. That was impressive to me. I may look into having my church event here.

My wife and I stayed here due to it's central location with our plans for the weekend. The hotel is convenient to get on the freeway and close to Long Beach. The rooms are decent but are a bit dated. The bed was quite comfortable but we had to keep fighting with the AC as it would be either too cold or too hot. The room service good quality and pretty fast. The pool and gym were nice as well.

Always have a pleasant stay at Doubletree. Didn't like the first room I was given. Called the front desk and my room was changed immediately. Only complaint I have was the price. Stayed there a month earlier and the room rate was $100.00 less. Only reason I booked the room was because my meeting was next door. Will be looking for a new hotel.

Easy parking with plenty of spots. Really nice bar and outside area. Wide variety of hard liquor, draft and bottle beers. Though the kitchen had just closed, they didn't hesitate to bring us food. Would recommend for evening spot even if you're not staying there as a guest.

I attended a professional event in the bar section of the hotel. The bartenders were nice. The place was really clean and chic. The food was great.

Had the pleasure of meeting Stephanie. I enjoyed a WONDERFUL lunch at the Refinery Restaurant… I'll be there for Mother's Day for Brunch. The Hospitality, Customer Service is AWESOME… Soooo, if you're not busy on Sunday BRING A MOM for BRUNCH…

I've stayed at this Doubletree on several occasions for work and have really enjoyed my time while there. The people are super friendly and helpful. Fresh water is available at the lobby. They have free Wi-Fi and the bar/pool area is beautiful and well maintained.

This place surprised me. The room decor was dated. More frustrating was that only one power outlet worked. Best part of the stay was that US Rugby team was also there. Many players on same floor.

Friendly and professional staff. Stayed here several times as my preferred place to stay while visiting my Long Beach office and attended a couple events / celebrations hosted on the property.

Older but clean. Great bar. Staff is courteous and helpful. But forgot my cookies. Hilton should be proud this property is in their portfolio. Great location. 405, 91, and 710 all close.

Nice hotel but … It seems as though this hotel is catering to people a lot taller than I am. I am 5 ft 3 in (not particularly short) but I have to hop to get up on the bed; the commode is a higher handicap one; and the worst thing of all is the bath tub. The edge of the tub is high and difficult to get in. Once done with the shower, there is no grab bar on the wall outside the tub. I put my foot down and my toes were two inches off the floor. I am lucky I didn't fall!

OK hotel. Location is merely OK. The air unit in my room was right next to the desk, so trying to work at the desk involved cold air blasting on me the whole time. Otherwise the room was fine. The staff was great. The fitness room is too small — there was not enough equipment for all of the guests who wanted to use it while I stayed there.

Decent quality hotel, very welcoming staff Stayed here as a guest and used the conference and catering facilities. The conference /catering team went out of their way to provide excellent service. Found my room a bit noisy facing the freeway, but wasn't too bad. Bed was very comfy, and rooms are very clean.

My accommodation at Doubletree by Hilton Carson was acomidable. I stayed for a day but I would like to say that the litters were nice and friendly and professional workers.

Better than any hotel in miles. Best of all is the Cookies they have behind the counter. Bring some disguises so that you can maximize your cookie collecting. I purposely changed out 4 times to trick the front desk into thinking I was different person. In 1 day I came away with 16 cookies. So how delicious are they? I'm in town for 2 days, to visit family I haven't seen in years; and I spent one of them days getting my cookies on.

Our company had a Christmas Dinner for employees here. They had good service and offered a buffet, even though it was limited on food it was great in taste. There was also a bar where you could just chill. Definitely recommending this place for other work events.

Every employee treats you like a boss and you see employees talking to repeat guests like they are best friends. Very welcoming place in my opinion. Also, you should try the spicy steak and cheese sandwich at their bar/restaurant!

The hotel was easy to get to. My mtg was in Long Beach, so, it was only 15mins away. The woman at the front desk was very nice and hospitable. The room was clean. Didn't smell bad. I was only there for 1 night, and I got there late, so I showered and went to sleep. The water pressure was good as well. Overall, it was a good stay.

Was here for a work function. The famous cookies were not served full size for dessert. Rather, a treat or snack sized version was served. The water pitchers were only refilled once per table for an event lasting more than 6 hours. Lastly, pens and notepads were not provided as they typically are when a room is booked for work.

Really liked that they had free parking. Rooms were clean staff was great. No laundry facility. Only 20-30 mins away from beaches depending on traffic. Great place to stay.

The telephone did not work. The bed with comfortable. There are a lot more kids than I would have expected in the pool. There wasn't enough staff at the coffee stand but the man at the coffee stand provided decent customer service.

We were greeted with warm cookies and friendly smiles. Very clean hotel with a friendly staff. We were looking forward to a relaxing day by the pool but it was PACKED with children. Settled for jacuzzi but there were kids in there too. Suspect a birthday party. Oh, and the phone in the room didn't work. Overall it was an okay time.

Great service! Accidentally booked a smoking room. The front desk quickly switched my rm to nonsmoking and checked me in early without any problem. Room was clean and comfortable. Love the blackout curtains. Thanks for a great stay. Will stay again and recommend to all my friends.

Room was clean adequately appointed. Mattress was not the most posh backloving mattress on the planet, but convenient to Long Beach. Also quiet despite being nearby the 405. I would stay here again. I had the salmon from room service and I don't believe I would get that again, but there is decent food selections even within walking distance if necessary.

You know that Bruce Willis movie 12 Monkeys where he can hear that dude speaking to him from somewhere. I swear someone was in my room whispering to me. I had to get up several times and search my room because it sounded like someone was talking. It must have been because the walls are too thin. I could hear the guy next to me play Candy Crush and it was like no wall was there. It kind of freaked me out. Service was good, room was clean and my breakfast omelette was awesome.

Reserved a room at the last minute for New Years eve. I was able to check in early, which I appreciated. Front desk service was great, the room was clean and comfortable. For the new years eve celebration there were party favors, which pleased my two children. Beds were clean and very comfortable. I did not have any issues with slow draining tub, shower was pressure and temperature was fine. Room service meals were very good. There was a celebration in the bar area but we didn't attend since we had our kids with us. Overall a great visit. This is my go to hotel in Carson.

I checked in at night. Firstly the telephone in my room wasn't working, secondly the coffee brewing machine was dirty and thirdly, the steam iron had dirty water which spoilt my trouser. I spoke with the reception but they were not forthcoming.

Doubletree is one of my favorite hotels to stop by in carson! Not only for the stay but for the delicious Doubletree Chocolate chip cookies!

The rooms are good, but they don't have all the amenities that can be found in normal hotels also. It would be better if they add more services for the overnight guests.

Need some better signage for the 8th floor balcony but overall very good.

Place looks nice, it's clean, although their hot cookie promotion had a cookie with walnuts which I am allergic to. Was hoping for a view of downtown LA, but there is a building it the way.

Extremely nice rooms. Excellent room service. Food was very good. Conveniently located. I wold even stay again even though it's a bit away from my son in LA. Worth the extra few minutes drive.

First night was ok, but wen we return next afternoon, we find the room unlocked and there was bad smell inside, I think some one used this room to smog. Call service, they came out with bottle of fabreez. They eat food we left there too. For a hotel with "hilton" name it is as bad as it gets.

Checking in, the receptionist assisted with getting me and my husband the best rate. We were checked in within 10 min max, from the time we walked in the door. The decor is modern and very nice. The only negative comment I have is, do not call the number on this site. Nobody will ever answer and it doesn't ever ring the front desk. My husband stayed on the phone when I went to the front desk and there was not a phone ringing. The two ladies at the counter both quickly greated me when I came in to inquire about prices. When I went back to the car, my husband was still waiting on the phone. Other than the phone issue, the hotel is nice and the staff polite.

I am a flight attendant with American Airlines and we had to stay at another hotel for August. I must say that I truly missed staying at the Doubletree in Carson because of the staff. The front desk staff that I have enjoyed seeing each time I stayed over at this hotel — Christine, Jarwin, Delina, Nikki, Maria (only names I can remember) have made my arrival so pleasant. I'm sorry if I forget to mention other staff. The rooms are so clean an comfortable. And the gym is the best. I am so happy that we are back at the Doubletree for September. It is a great hotel experience because of the great employees.

We have stayed here twice in the last two years once with the Emergency 51 supporters and then with family last year. We found the staff helpful and polite. The only thing I did not like was the restaurant was not very good. My husband sent his meal back because it was so bad telling the waiter that his wife cooks better food to which the waiter replied "You sir are spoiled" The rest of the facilities were very good.

I have called there for 3 days straight and they never seem to answer the phone or return messages. I even told a lady that I have not had my calls returned from their sales division and she said she would take a message and hand walk it to the manager, stilll no results.
