Whether she’s celebrating her 50th birthday with a Playboy Bunny costume or shutting down haters in the comment section of Instagram, Kate Beckinsale doesn’t hold back. She’s causing a stir online again, this time, showing off her flexibility (and super-toned arms and abs) in a yoga video.

In the Instagram video, Beckinsale showed off toned arms and abs during a morning yoga practice. The actress sported a white bralette and black leggings, showing off strong legs. With the help of an assistant, she demonstrated her impressive strength and flexibility with complex yoga poses, including plow, bridge, and happy baby poses.

The star posted the video in October, getting in the spirit of the spooky season, Beckinsale wished everyone a happy holiday and captioned the post, “Halloween morning. Have as good a one as you can x 🎃.”

Fans flocked to the comments section. Followers praised the actress for her impressive yoga skills. One wrote: “Goddess Kate, you are as physically flexible as you are talented and beautiful!” Another wrote, “Looks complicated. It looks like a kind of math problem that my body cannot solve ever 😂😂😂. ” Another fan had a similar thought, “I would snap like a breadstick.” One fan won the best comment with the clever reference: “Bend it like Beckinsale.”

As awe-inspiring as Beckinsale’s skills are, they weren’t developed overnight. The actress keeps to a rigorous fitness routine and works out at least six mornings a week, she previously told Women’s Health.

At the time, she said that she tends to start every day with a full-body workout of eight compound exercises—each one working two muscle groups simultaneously to get the most out of every session. The moves include bicep curls with a squat and sit-ups with combination punches.

Beckinsale has also attributed her lack of work-related injuries to her yoga practice. “I haven’t been injured while doing an action movie, and I think it’s partially from practicing yoga,” she told Women’s Health.

We commend the star for her consistent practice. We can’t wait to see what she does next!
