This organically grown Albariño was made by winemaker Pablo Martinez and hails from the subzone of Val do Salnes in Rias Baixas, which is located in Galicia, on Spain's verdant Atlantic coast. Beautifully layered and showing lovely concentration, this is intensely aromatic and complex, delivering fragrant lemon zest and salty mineral notes on a crisp, bright palate. This wine was fermented with indigenous yeasts in a combination of stainless steel and clay amphorae.
