[Shikigami Adjustments]
1. Senhime
Senhime will return to the Heian-kyo battlefield with newfound powers from the Sea of Eternity. Her revamped abilities will provide stronger damage output and allow her to harness the power of the ocean to attack enemies from a safe distance. Her new ultimate is even more powerful, capable of turning the tides in team battles.
Trait [Tidal Echo]
Bonus Active Ability: Senhime hops on a massive wave, inflicting damage and Slow on enemies along its path. Tap again or use another ability to end this ability early. Whenever Senhime's ability hits an enemy, that unit will be marked with [Tidal Echo]. When Tundra Tides is not on cooldown, Senhime will also mark nearby enemies with [Tidal Echo] that are affected by hard control effects. When Senhime uses [Thousand Tides] and [Tundra Tides] together, she will instantly seal low-HP targets with [Tidal Echo] marks.
Ability 1 [Thousand Tides]
After a short charge, a wave damages all enemies along its path. Hitting enemies will grant Senhime permanent [Elegy] stacks, and hitting enemy Shikigami will grant extra stacks. Each [Elegy] stack increases [Tidal Echo]'s HP threshold requirement to seal enemies. Once [Elegy] reaches a certain number of stacks, Seimei's Well area turns into the Sea of Eternity, where ally Shikigami immediately recover to full health.
Ability 2 [Torrent of Illusory Seas]
A whirlpool deals damage to all enemies along its path. The first enemy hit will also be inflicted with Knockup and a brief Stun effect, while the other enemies will be inflicted with a Slow effect. Whenever the whirlpool hits an enemy, it will travel further.
Ability 3 [Tide of Eternity]
Summons a tide to deal damage and Slow to enemies within range, and summons numerous corals randomly around the tide that also deal damage and inflict Slow to enemies that come into contact.
Ultimate Ability [Tundra Tides]
An enemy with the [Tidal Echo] mark serves as the epicenter for Senhime's frozen sea attack, inflicting damage over time and a Slow effect. Once Senhime finishes a brief chant, she becomes Untargetable, and ice shards will appear within the range of the frozen sea, inflicting damage and Knockup effect to enemies within range. At the same time, tides stem outward from the epicenter, dealing damage to all enemies upon hit.
Nekomata
For this round of adjustments, we have simplified the process of switching between forms and using abilities. Our goal is to retain Nekomata's characteristic of having three forms, while also maintaining the core experience of each form and ability casting. Additionally, we have made changes to the mechanics of each form to make them more distinct from one another. During battles, [Kuronosuke] provides an extended attack range and increased harass capability. [Chacha] is focused on inflicting sustained slow and control effects on the enemy. Lastly, [Yuki Hime] excels in dealing greater damage output.
Trait [Sweet Brew]
Optimized logic: Upon purchasing brews with enhancement effects from the Shop, the corresponding enhancements will be activated immediately.
New effect: Nekomata's Ability 1 [Come in Kuro], Ability 2 [Come in Chacha], and Ability 3 [Come in Yuki] share the same cooldown.
Ability 1 [Come in Kuro]
Nekomata summons [Kuronosuke] to battle, increasing her attack range and allowing her next two basic attacks to deal physical damage to enemies near the target. Also, Ability 1 changes to [Kuro Rush].
[Kuro Rush]: Nekomata commands [Kuronosuke] to charge in the designated direction, creating a free-for-all area. Kuronosuke will stop upon colliding with an enemy, inflicting damage on all enemies within the area. Furthermore, enemies within the free-for-all area will experience a slowing effect. The free-for-all area will disappear after a short duration.
Ability 2 [Come in Chacha]
Nekomata summons [Chacha] to battle. Her basic attacks will Slow the target and increase her Movement Speed. Also, Ability 2 changes to [Chacha Rush].
[Chacha Rush] Nekomata commands [Chacha] to stay put, gaining Movement Speed bonus and enhancing her next two basic attacks. Hitting the same target with these two enhanced basic attacks will deal bonus damage and Immobilize the target. Casting this ability again will return Nekomata back to [Chacha]'s position. During this time, Nekomata is unable to dodge projectiles.
Ability 3 [Come in Yuki]
Nekomata summons [Yuki Hime] to assist in combat, increasing Attack Speed and gaining Shield. Meanwhile, Ability 3 changes to [Yuki Rush], and Nekomata enters an enhanced state that lasts for a while. If [Yuki Rush] is used during this time, Nekomata immediately gains Invisibility.
[Yuki Rush]: Charges in the designated direction, attacking an enemy within range and refunding half of the cooldown.
Ultimate Ability [Nekogassen]
Logic adjustment: When Nekomata hops off [Kitsuno], [Kitsuno] will charge ahead for some distance at the enemy Shikigami with the lowest HP.
Bug fix: Fixed the issue where [Kitsuno]'s Knockback direction and expected direction did not align.
[Balance Adjustments]
1. Kuro Mujou
As a samurai-type Shikigami with relatively limited mobility, Kuro Mujou should have sufficient survivability in the later stages of the game to sustain prolonged combat. He should also be able to inflict stackable [Departing Soul] marks and grow stronger as the battle progresses. However, currently, Kuro Mujou's late-game survivability isn't meeting expectations. Therefore, we've increased the Shield provided by his Ability 1, [Soul Eater], in the late game. In addition, Kuro Mujou's ultimate, [Fickle Doom], has been underperforming in terms of damage in the later stages of the game, sometimes even falling short compared to his Ability 2, [Punishment]. This doesn't align with his role as a finisher. His ultimate should inflict enough damage to reflect its finishing capability, so we've increased its True Damage to fix this, to enhance Kuro Mujou's role as a final blow dealer who thrives in sustained combat.
Ability 1 [Soul Eater]:
Shield increased from (+8%/11%/14%/17%/20% of max HP) to (+8%/12%/16%/20%/24% of max HP).
Ultimate Ability [Fickle Doom]:
The required HP threshold and True Damage amount for dealing True Damage have been increased from 400/550/700 (+100% Bonus Attack) to 400/600/800 (+120% Bonus Attack).
2. Chin
Chin is relatively weak at the moment. To change that, we've increased the bonus damage dealt by her Ability 2 [Poison Feathers].
Ability 2 [Poison Feathers]:
Damage dealt by Poison Feathers increased from 32/46/60/74/88 (+30% Bonus Attack) to 35/50/65/80/95 (+35% Bonus Attack).
3. Yamausagi
After the last changes to Yamausagi, the hit rate of Ability 2 [Be Good] was slightly improved. However, the damage it deals in the enhanced state was too high, exceeding our expectations for Yamausagi's offensive capabilities. Therefore, we've lowered it. Moreover, in the mid-game, Yamausagi demonstrates strong capabilities to seize opportunities. The combined control duration of the enhanced [Be Good] and the Ultimate Ability [Ring Toss] that follows reaches 2.7 seconds, leaving the opponent with almost no room to maneuver. While we believe the control duration of each ability is reasonable, the combined duration is excessive. Hence, we've slightly reduced the control time of these two abilities, offering opponents a better chance to counter. Lastly, we've noticed that Yamausagi often has to use [Be Good] before reaching the lane to obtain the first enhancement effect during the laning phase. To address this, we've optimized the Natural Passive [Cute Justice]. Upon entering the game or respawning, Yamausagi will now directly receive full stacks of the passive, eliminating the need to use abilities for enhancement effects in the early game.
Ability 2 [Be Good]:
Damage under [Cute Justice] reduced from 125/200/275/350/425 (+90% Ability Power) (+10 levels) to 100/175/250/325/400 (+75% Ability Power) (+7.5 levels).
Immobilization duration under [Cute Justice] reduced from 1.2s to 1s.
Ultimate Ability [Ring Toss]:
Transformation duration into a paper doll reduced from 1.5/1.8/2.1s to 1.5/1.65/1.8s.
4. Shuten Doji
Shuten Doji currently faces some mechanic issues: certain items or Onmyodo provide him with Madness recovery. In this update, we've fixed this issue, as we don't want the Madness mechanic to significantly alter his item build. Furthermore, after the Madness mechanic adjustment, Shuten Doji might find himself close to full Madness but just short of entering the [Rage] state, making it difficult to predict the timing of entering [Rage]. To address this, we've increased the Madness provided by his Ability 1 [Lament], thus improving the aforementioned issue and allowing Shuten Doji to gain Madness faster during the laning phase. Lastly, the current rate of Madness decrease is too fast, making it difficult for Shuten Doji to accumulate Madness before an anticipated battle. Therefore, we've slowed down the decrease of Madness to better prepare him for upcoming battles.
Natural Passive [Madness]:
Fixed an issue where items like Vaisravana Drum and Summer Ashes or Onmyodo could provide Madness to Shuten Doji.
Insanity gained from attacking enemy shikigami during the possession of the God state increased from 10 to 15, and insanity gained from attacking non-shikigami increased from 5 to 10;
In non-[Ginu] state, the additional insanity gained from the first skill  when hitting enemy shikigami increased from 5 to 10, and when hitting non-shikigami increased from 2.5 to 5;
Insanity gained from hitting enemy shikigami with the second skill  and third skill  decreased from 25 to 20;
Insanity gained per second during the ultimate skill  transformation decreased from 20/25/30 to 15/20/25.
5. Yoto Hime
Currently, Yoto Hime faces some issues at the experience level. The Attack Speed increase from her Ability 2 [Devourer] over 5 seconds is not prominent enough, making her continuous basic attacks less intimidating to enemies than they should be. Also, if she fails to seal the target, the cooldown of her Ability 3 [Saber Strike] is too long, leading to low fault tolerance in combat. Therefore, we've increased the Basic Attack boost from her Ability 2 [Devourer] over 5 seconds and reduced the cooldown of her Ability 3 [Saber Strike], hoping for a better performance from her on the battlefield.
Ability 2 [Devourer]:
Attack Speed boost over 5 seconds increased from 35%/40%/45%/50%/55% to 50%/52.5%/55%/57.5%/60%.
Ability 3 [Saber Strike]:
Cooldown reduced from 17/16/15/14/13s to 15/14/13/12/11s.
6. Lord Arakawa
Lord Arakawa is a bit too weak. The MP cost for his Ultimate Ability is still too high, forcing him to rely more on MP recovery items for a better experience. We hope to address this by slightly reducing the MP cost of [Flowing Stream]. Also, the hit rate of his Ability 2 [Fish Strike] is somewhat low. We wish to increase its Slow effect for a more reasonable hit experience.
Ability 2 [Fish Strike]:
Slow effect increased from 30%/32.5%/35%/37.5%/40% to 40%/42.5%/45%/47.5%/50%.
Ultimate Ability [Flowing Stream]:
MP cost reduced from 60 to 50.
7. Puppeteer
Puppeteer is currently a bit too strong, capable of dealing high ranged damage to other Shikigami from outside the vision range. Therefore, we've reduced the damage of Ability 2 [Puppet Rush].
Ability 2 [Puppet Rush]:
Damage reduced from 100/160/220/280/340/400 (+125% Bonus Attack) to 100/150/200/250/300/350 (+110% Bonus Attack).

[Adjustments and Improvements]
1. Adjusted the functionality logic of Demon Sealer Arrow: For basic abilities not affected by cooldown reduction, Demon Sealer Arrow cannot reduce their cooldown.
[Free Shikigami Lineup Adjustments]
We will change the lineup of the limited-time free Shikigami at 5:00 AM on 12/18. The new free Shikigami will be Tesso, Tenjo Kudari, Zashiki, Onikiri, Senhime, Higanbana, Kusa, and Yoto Hime.
Onmyoji who own the [God of Fortune Month Pact] will have the additional free Shikigami, Kubinashi and Kamimai.
Of these Shikigami, Yoto Hime has a difficulty of Extreme. Onmyoji who have been in Heian-kyo for less than 7 days can't use her in battle for free.
