With WiFi and satellite TV, there's no need to worry about restless moments; they'll be able to watch their favourite shows or connect with friends online when they're not out exploring and stay occupied while their parents are busy preparing meals or getting ready for the day ahead.

There are no single beds in the villa, but older children will enjoy the novelty of sleeping in "big beds" as part of their holiday adventure, while a cot and highchair are provided for the youngest members of the family, ensuring their comfort and convenience during the stay.

The villa's outdoor spaces also cater perfectly to children, with a private swimming pool that is easily accessible via steps. Children will absolutely love splashing around and enjoying the water. However, it's important to note that the pool is unfenced, so parents should keep an eye on their little ones to ensure their safety. These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €450 charged to client’s credit card as a pre-authorisation two weeks before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time Between 4 - 7 pm.

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Minimum stay 5 nights during low season. All other durations on request.
