Lords of the Rising Sun (aka ライジング・サン) is a video game published in 1989 on Amiga by Cinemaware Corporation. It's an action and strategy game, set in a japan (ancient/classical/medieval) theme, and was also released on CD-i, Sharp X68000 and TurboGrafx CD.

you have to choose other brother, than you don't have to defend against ninja attacks

All the cracked versions won't work because right at the start there will be unlimited ninja attacks until you die. This seems to be a secondary copy protection.
