Alan Reider practiced law for more than 35 years, representing clients in the health care industry, with particular focus on the physician community.
He specialized in regulatory compliance, counseling physicians on how to navigate the complex regulatory maze of government health care programs, and defending those who were targets of enforcement action.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Reider presented numerous educational programs on health care compliance to audiences comprised of physicians, physician practice administrators, industry, and other attorneys. Mr. Reider has written extensively on compliance issues, including the text Compliance Issues in Ophthalmology.
