We3Co, LLC dba, ShoPros Live Event Service Announces Staffing Additions
ShoPros Live Event Service had a tremendous growth year in 2022. The company services Corporate, Installation, and Live Event clients in 22 states last year. As a result of our growth, we have promoted and added new personnel to our company. We are pleased to make the following staffing announcements:
Connor Strang: Director, Crew Operations: Connor has been employed with the company for over 2 years. He has risen through the ranks, beginning as a General AV Stagehand with ShoPros. Connor has demonstrated his ability to interface with our clients and staff on a large-scale basis.
As Director, Crew Operations Connor will oversee all facets of crew scheduling for the entire company. All coordinators and crew leads report to Connor. Connor works out of our corporate offices in Dublin Ohio. He can be reached at connor@shoprosle.com
Steve Gill: Labor Coordinator, Corporate Events: Steve comes to ShoPros with a wealth of experience in all facets of the live events industry. Steve has 25+ years’ experience in audio, video, and live production. His abilities to juggle multiple events, and the sensitive nuances involved, in dealing with corporate clients make him a perfect fit for this position. Casey Lehman: Crew Lead, Northern Ohio Site Ops & Live Events: Casey is a 5-year veteran of ShoPros. Casey has an extensive background in Site Operations. He heads up crews in Northern Ohio (and beyond) for all calls requiring infrastructure builds and operations. Casey also is lead on Live Event calls throughout the Region. Jerel Henry: Crew Lead, Florida Corporate & Live Events: Jerel is no stranger to the Live Events Industry. He has worked extensively in Orlando and other Florida markets. Jerel’s client and crew contacts have been an invaluable source allowing ShoPros to experience substantial growth in the Southern markets. Tamra Ford: Payroll Administrator: Tammy comes to ShoPros after a long career in running Operations and Payroll for her family’s business in Central Ohio. Tammy is responsible for on-boarding new hires, maintaining payroll records, and facilitating all payroll functions for the company. Tammy works out of both the Ohio and Florida offices.
