How to constantly pick yourself up when you Fail?

How to constantly pick yourself up when you Fail?

Everyone talks about "why failures are so important" and how they decide what our success would look like.

But when it really happens, it shatters us, even the strongest visions feel devastated. And at that moment, it's so easy to quit.

Everyone talks about not giving up but no one ever talks about how to go through it. The thing is you need to pass the tunnel without light, there's no turning back from the tunnel and of course, you will reach the end where there's light, but the real challenge is to keep moving!

No matter what, if your feet don't freeze, you will find the light. So, let's talk about the "how".

I remember my failures, when I failed the CAT, when I encountered 0 sales of my first chai selling day, and many many others in between. I felt a void, a void which nothing inspirational was able to change. Nothing made me happy, inspired, driven, and motivated again. The question of unworthiness was a constant thought and I just doubted everything I did.

When things are clear, it's easy to walk but the blurry nights are the real game-changer.

1. Understand what it means:

"If you can treat triumph and defeat the same way then…."

I know it hurts, you touch rock bottom and there is no hope left but please be kind to yourself then.

When you understand what failure actually is, you will feel much better. Failure just tells you that you are moving in the right direction. You are better than people doing nothing and failures/learnings make it so much worth working for.

2. Know who you are:

"When you are deeply assured about who you are, nothing can tear you down"

Handling failure becomes so much easier when it shatters your dreams for a while but not your spirit.

It might be the worst failure one can imagine but when you remind yourself of the little triumphs you had, the struggles you did, the appreciation you received, and the uncountable souls you inspired, it all becomes so much easier.

3. Leave it there:

People say when you fail, start working 10 times harder. But no, take a break. You might feel like giving it another shot and everything you have but please take a break.

The thing is failures try to teach you something. It tells you what not to repeat. But when you are disheartened, shattered, and rise again to repeat the process immediately, you are just so much in the emotional flow. You forget to sit back and analyze. Take a deep breath and find out what you did wrong.

So, no matter what anyone says, take a break. Go anywhere your heart is at peace and by simply slowing your pace down, you will realize your mistake before repeating it again.

4. Listen to more of what you feel:

Now, this might sound like unwise advice but there's an interesting thing about the human mind. When it hears more stories, situations of what it's going through, it calms down.

Read more about how badly other legends failed before they made it big. Sometimes, you would find their failures more devastating than your own. It would give you hope, calm you down and you would know "YOU AREN’T ALONE IN THIS"! ❤️

It is bound to happen.

We can't escape, avoid, control failure. But we can go through it without shattering our vision and that's all we need to do.

I hope this article helped you in some way. If it did, please share it with your friends who needs to read this!

Came-on Sam (myself)... This is not enough... Capacity badhaao... I just a fail not life end ... life should have comma not a full-stop.
