A report on a Danida course run by Department of Environmental Science, Aarhus University and Institut for Ecoscience - Aarhus Universitet
On Friday, Anne Mette Lykke and I finalized three intense weeks running our learning program for Danida Fellowship Centre: Environmental Governance at Local Level. This year we had course participants from: China, Colombia, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Morocco, and Thailand. All of them working in environmental administrations/organizations. We have been discussing implementation barriers and enablers, developed action plans, and been on a lot of inspiring excursions. Thank you very much to all the course participants for bringing so much knowledge, energy and good vibes to the course. And thank you very much to colleagues and external presenters contributing to the course: Miljøministeriet, Miljøstyrelsen, Københavns Kommune, We Do Democracy, Carlsberg Group, ARC – Amager Ressourcecenter, Kalundborg Symbiosis, All In On Green ApS, City of Aarhus, Maskinrummet, SimpleDraw, Aarhus Vand
