**Grilla Update** We completed Phase 1 of our journey to bring better infrastructure to skill-based games. Here’s a glimpse of what we accomplished: - Successfully launched our esports tournament platform, quickly growing to 50k users. - Navigated a complex regulatory and compliance landscape to stand up a wallet for skill-based games, supported by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and ACH. - Introduced real-money features to esports competitions, like peer vs peer wagering, prop bets, staking and instant prize payouts. - Thousands of tournaments created on Grilla by 3rd party organizers across games like Fortnite, Call of Duty, Madden and NBA2K. Notable organizers include Tampa Bay Lightning, Dallas Mavs and the Tampa Bay Rays. What’s next... With esports as our inspiration and Grilla as our successful launching point, we are expanding our offering with a full suite of b2b competition solutions under our parent company, Play Oxygen. Our products enable organizers to run their own professional-quality competitions across all sports, from setup to prize payout. Solutions include: Oxygen Pay: Digital Wallet & Player Account Management Software (The first PAM for skill-based games!)
