Get Amiga Forever for a great Amiga emulation experience and licensed Kickstart ROMs.
(4/10)
Well, it is great that Earok and Tsak decided to port this game to Amiga but I don't think there are many people who really enjoy these type of games. There is no fun in moving your joystick in the right moment when you have only less than one second to react. As an effort there should be 10 out of 10 points but unfortunatelly this is a game that does not bring any fun. Thus 4 out of 10 for me...

Road Avenger accepts your input for just fractions of a second before a crash animation is played. You get about 3/4 of a second to react to one-button events and about a full second for multi-button events. It will take lots of of memorizing screens and lots of trial and error if you want to get to the finish line of the whole movie.

A faithful port of the Laserdisc game Road Avenger, by Reimagine Games; who also ported Time Gal, and reimagined the Great Giana Sisters SE. Like most laserdisc games, simply move the controller up, down, left or right at the correct time to advance.
