The owners are flexible on the moving date. The property can either be sold as a normal sale. Or if the buyer is an investor then the current owners could potentially be interested in renting the property as tenants. The reason for the sale has nothing to do with the property.

The main reason for selling the property is that one of the owners has Parkinson's disease and as such expects to have to move within the next two years back to Belgium (for medical treatment).

We are prepared to subtract the rental fee for the next two years from the purchase price.
