Get in Loser, We’re Going to Space (with Camper and ADER error)

What if, instead of sending Jeff Bezos on the upcoming Blue Origin space tour, a cadre of the world’s preeminent designers and artists took his place? The fruits of such fictional space exploration might look a lot like the latest drop in Camper’s “Camper Together” series, a collaboration between the Mallorcan footwear label and leading international designers from the realms of art, fashion and architecture.

The latest offering, produced in partnership with the Korean cult brand ADER error, is a capsule collection perfectly suited to outer space living and filled with practical statement pieces.  Aptly titled “The Lost Origin,” the collection includes footwear, accessories, and street style apparel that blends Camper’s hyper-practical ethos with ADER’s taste for idiosyncrasy. The capsule’s footwear, presented in an archeology-themed campaign photographed by Coco Capitán, boast a wide, all terrain-style silhouette with a removable grip-enhancing over layer. We haven’t even gotten to the UV-effect soles, which drive home the sneakers’ cosmic explorer feel. The collection, available online and in select Camper and ADER stores now, will debut later this month at a pop-up in Paris’s iconic Le Marais district. Below, take a closer look at Camper and ADER error’s remarkable collaboration.
