Directions

Mixing: Shake well before using to assure proper measurement (product settles in shipment). Pour Gatorade mix into a plastic or glass container. Add cold water. Stir until mix is completely dissolved. Hydrate. Store in refrigerator. To make 12 fl oz use 1 scoop Gatorade mix and 1-1/2 cups (12 fl oz) cold water. To make 1 quart use 2-1/2 scoops Gatorade mix and 4 cups (1 quart) cold water. To make 2 quarts use 5 scoops Gatorade mix and 8 cups (2 quarts) cold water. To make 1 gallon use 10 scoops Gatorade mix and 16 cups (1 gallon) cold water. For optimal performance benefits, do not vary from mixing instructions. Keep in a cool, dry place.
