Liquid Kids & Snow Bros - Unreleased Double Pack for the Amiga CD32

Amiga Jay is really giving Earok a run for his money, in terms of Amiga CD32 releases, as he has converted with the help of CFOU, the Liquid Kids & Snow Bros double pack for the Amiga CD32. Both of these games are full of Arcade fun and have hours worth of enjoyment that originally never saw an Amiga release, at least not until both were found by the community and made available in the early 2000's.

Wonderboy in Monster Land SE - Alpha Amiga enhancement of a retro platformer

When I was a wee lad spending all my money down at the Arcades, one such game I used to love was that fantastic platformer ' Wonder Boy ' designed by Ryuichi Nishizawa. It started its life as a skateboard rock jumping and axe bashing platformer, that later became the adventure platformer with RPG elements ' Wonderboy in Monster Land ' that many of us know and love to this day. I myself mainly played it on the Amiga and although it was addictive as hell it suffered from being a straight Atari ST port with poor colours and long loading times. Thankfully our good friend Earok is now working on a ' Wonderboy in Monster Land SE ' version with more than just palette improvements.

Day of the Tentacle - Amiga Adventuring CD32 Alpha release!

Originally released by LucasArts in 1993 as a sequel to Ron Gilbert’s ground breaking Maniac Mansion, Day of the Tentacle is a mind-bending, time travel, cartoon puzzle adventure game in which three unlikely friends work together to prevent an evil mutated purple tentacle from taking over the world. It was just a shame that this amazing adventure with world renown was never officially ported over to the Amiga, unless of course you downloaded the unofficial Amiga AGA version of DOTT which is linked (here). But this news release isn't about the PC version or the Amiga AGA version, but a very early work in progress Amiga CD32 release, that thanks to our good friend Earok has been released as an Alpha.

Rise of the Robots : Special Edition - Retro beat em up enhanced for the Amiga CD32

Now here's a game I remember and not for the right reasons either, ' Rise of the Robots '; a fighting game by Mirage Studios / Time Warner Interactive released in 1994. Ask anyone today what they thought of the game and most likely they will tell you, to throw it away. Yes someone did actually say that to me. It was supposed to be a top quality fighting release with Robots battling it out, but just as the wiki says '  On release it became notorious in the video gaming industry for a myriad of crippling gameplay problems. Today it is generally considered one of the least successful and most critically reviled fighting games of its time. So what if I said to you Earok has released the ' Rise of the Robots : Special Edition ' which has given the original game a much needed overhaul, would you be interested? Well then read on!
