In a video shared by paparazzo Viral Bhayani, Ankita Lokhande can be seen coming out of a theatre screen. She loses her cool at the paparazzi present there and shouts, “This is not right, it’s not done. Film chal rahi hai andar (a film is playing inside).” Here is the video:

Earlier, in an interview with India Today, Ankita Lokhande had said, "I am really excited to see myself with Randeep. It's a beautiful character and I am sure my fans will enjoy watching the film."

Our review of ‘Swatantrya Veer Savarkar’ reads, “The film opens with the text that even though we have been told that non-violence gave India its freedom, this is not the story. But the film is reduced to the story of a man rather than India's path to freedom, through a different course of action than claimed. ‘Swatantrya Veer Savarkar’ turned out to be a shallow attempt. It can be only passed off as a very long, often one-sided history lesson on the 'neglected' freedom fighter.”
