Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India recently launched the 2023 Honda Activa with the Honda Smart Key system. The Activa has been the country's largest-selling scooter for a very long time and has become the company's maiden OBD2-compliant two-wheeler, ahead of the April 2023 deadline, in its updated avatar. Here are five important details you should know about the 2023 Honda Activa H-Smart.
2023 Honda Activa H-Smart Price
The H-Smart variant of the 2023 Activa is priced at Rs 80,537 (ex-showroom, Delhi). The 2023 Activa is also available in the Standard variant priced at Rs 74,536 (ex-showroom, Delhi) and the Deluxe variant priced at Rs 77,036 (ex-showroom, Delhi).
2023 Honda Activa H-Smart Colours
The 2023 Activa H-Smart and its other two variants have six colour options -- Pearl Siren Blue, Decent Blue Metallic, Rebel Red Metallic, Black, Pearl Precious White and Matte Axis Grey Metallic.
2023 Honda Activa Smart Key
The 2023 Activa now comes with Honda Smart Key. Using the Honda Smart Key, you can locate your scooter, lock and unlock the scooter without using a physical key and start the engine without using a physical key. The Honda Smart Key also has an immobilizer system, which prevents a non-registered key from starting the engine.

The 2023 Activa gets features like an LED headlamp, passing switch, engine start/stop switch, double-lid fuel opening system, 5-in-1 lock, silver grabrail and new alloy wheels shod with new fuel-efficient tyres, which have been developed by Honda with new tyre compound technology for reducing rolling resistance by 15-20% while maintaining the road grip.

The 2023 Activa gets a 109.51cc, PGM-Fi, 4-stroke, SI engine, which develops 7.74hp of max power and 8.90Nm of peak torque. It is mated to an automatic transmission.
The scooter is based on an underbone frame. It uses a telescopic front suspension and a 3-step adjustable suspension at the rear. There is a drum brake each at the front and rear.
