New York-based British artist Philip Worthington talks about his interactive installation Shadow Monsters, a kind of digital version of shadow puppetry. Cameras, light boxes, and vision-recognition software augment museum goers’ silhouettes with wild hair, teeth, spikes, and other playful monstrosities. The immersive work will be on view through September 20 at the Museum of Fine Arts Houston‘s Cullinan Hall.
