Kelley devotes her practice to commercial litigation, concentrating in the areas of real estate litigation, including zoning and land use; products liability, toxic tort and negligence litigation; and health care litigation, among other practice areas. With respect to her real estate practice, Kelley has represented real estate developers and owners both before local boards and in the litigation and defense of permitting appeals and other disputes involving zoning and land use regulatory controls. Her clients have included power plants, oil storage facilities, residential subdivisions, developers and individual homeowners. She also routinely advises commercial landlords and tenants in lease disputes.
Kelley also has handled a wide range of complex commercial disputes, including securities and tax, corporate and partnership governance, fiduciary duties, non-competition covenants, commercial contracts, business torts, banking litigation (including international disputes), as well as environmental and probate matters. In addition, Kelley has experience in white collar defense and government investigations.
