Raissa Gerona’s fingerprints are all over your Instagram feed, even if you haven’t hit the “Follow” button on her account yet. Gerona is the chief brand officer at Revolve and FWRD, which makes her the mastermind behind Revolve’s viral influencer campaigns (and highly photogenic press trips).
While we’re taking in Gerona’s work, she’s uncovering new brands before they land in your online cart—either through her own searches or on the account Up Next Designer. “He has great early takes on talent,” she says.
Gerona’s online and offline style centers pieces that make her feel confident and most like “herself,” a mix of her Revolve and FWRD favorites, like trousers by The Row or an LPA slip dress, with hidden vintage gems from 1st Dibs mixed in. But Gerona likes to push boundaries in her 9-to-5 wardrobe: “The style rule I ‘break’ is usually when I have business meetings. Of course I want to dress professionally, but also to represent myself,” Gerona says.
