Bunbury, the versatile artist best known for being the lead vocalist of Héroes del Silencio, a legendary band that influenced Spain and Latin America during the 80s, has announced a couple of U.S. tour dates supporting his new album Greta Garbo. As part of his upcoming show run, Bunbury has revealed a Los Angeles concert date at the KIA Forum for June 15th. Additional U.S. Bunbury tour stops include a show date at Madison Square Garden in New York on June 18th. Other Bunbury tour dates include shows in Latin America and Europe. Bunbury is set to embark on a tour kicking off this December promoting his latest album, Greta Garbo, released on May 26th. The album showcases a revitalized Bunbury. Drawing inspiration from 70s soul, the album was recorded with analog technology at El Desierto Casa Estudio, located just outside of Mexico City in the Desierto de los Leones.

The featured track, “Nuestros Mundos No Obedecen A Tus Mapas,” showcases the power of music to break free from conformity. If you’re seeing very expensive tickets that are not VIP, those are official platinum tickets. These tickets are very expensive and are offered well over the standard ticket prices. They’re the kind of ticket pricing that is unfair to fans. The Event Organizer(s) has priced these tickets according to their market value (aka dynamic pricing). In other words, ticket pricing can go up or down, and it usually goes up.

Artists can choose not to offer Official Platinum or limit the amount for charity purposes. The Cure, Pearl Jam and U2 have all been recognized as artists that don’t use these dynamic pricing tactics.

Official platinum tickets do not include VIP packages. The only positive thing about them is they make buying floor or front-row tickets to a high-demand concert very easy if you’re willing to shed the extra coin.
