Jaheim’s spent years living a life of restraint, but then he lays his eyes on Harmony and all unravels.
Harmony James, niece of Alpha’s Abriya & Clarence, hasn’t experienced her first change yet. She’s nineteen and still a year away from her big day, but there’s nothing she’s looking forward to more.
She might be at Uni, but she lives the life of a billionaire’s daughter, bedding any man she wants and never catching feelings because she doesn’t have time for all that.
But then she meets her friend’s brother, Jaheim, and her ability to jump between the sheets with just anyone becomes impossible.
Could he be…?
Jaheim’s been living with a devastating secret for the past eight years, since his twentieth birthday. He absolutely hates what he is and having believed he was the only one of his kind, was forced to seek out coping methods to help control what he was.
He’s deep into the lifestyle now, only using submissives for his needs and never becoming attached to anyone, but all that changes when he comes face to face with Harmony, and no amount of control he may have learned over the years could ever have prepared him for her.
(This is the third and final book of the Abriya & Clarence Series Spin-offs and is NOT a standalone story)
Mother. Author. Wellness Blogger. Lover of Music. Believer of Romance. Dirty Minded.
LeeSha McCoy is the author of all things African American Romance. She released her first book in 2012 and currently writes African American Urban Romance, Paranormal, Fantasy, Sci-Fi, Romantic Comedy, and Steamy Contemporary Romance under the pen name Karmen Kane.
With over 40 books published to date, representation is important to her, so you will always find positive representations of black men and women in her books, with a focus on family bonds, growth, and above all, strong fiery heroines and the heroes that love the hell out of them for it.
Writing novels that make her readers 'feel' is her mission; she does not just write stories to be read, but for her readers to experience. As someone who has lived through many up and downs in her personal life, she uses those experiences in all of her stories, priding herself on the realism in her work, regardless of genre.
She began writing in the late 90's, although it was mostly song lyrics she wrote to escape her loneliness. As one of only a handful of bi-racial children living in her small hometown of Banbury, she struggled to make friends and to be accepted, so she spent most of her childhood alone.
She currently lives in England, but her family is spread all across the United States, including the states of Baltimore, Colorado, and Texas.
As a mother to four beautiful children, she spends her spare time playing Roblox and finding new places to walk with them, helping others discover self-love through her wellness blog, binge reading dirty romances, or watching food review shows on YouTube.
I love harm and jah their love was so beautiful and I love how jah began to love himself just the way he is. All he went through growing up and him not much liking what he was to find his mate find more like him and accept who he is and love it was beautiful. Harmony was so lucky to have him as a mate is love was like no other and they both has similar taste in the bedroom. Perfectly written leesha McCoy never disappoints her pen game and story telling is so dope. I think everyone should continue to read as she brings another book alive from the story before you would be let down.
Harmony isn’t what we think. It’s sad that Jaheim had to experience this by himself for so long. I can’t imagine how isolated he felt. So glad what was revealed to him happened. This couple supported each other in the way they needed.
I’d say about 15% of the book is a re-read of the previous book. Some misspellings.
Not gonna lie, there was a little bit of Beastiality in this book. Like a human with a ware in their ware form.
Carisse is his adopted sister not step sister. We finally see Carisse’s true colors. I’m glad Davonyé finally talked to Carisse though.
Phew!!! This book here! I loved their story and how after Jah figured out what he was he was open to it. The way they loved each other 😍😍. And not gone even get r the sex lol. The way all Leesha’s paranormal will tie in together though!! Y’all just need it read it for yourselves!! Definitely worth the read!
I just loved Harmony energy and the fact that she was open about what like. I loved the facted that she didn't turn Jahiem away with his Dom lifestyle, and that they could explore that together, he came such a long way and I was happy that we finally embracing who he was. I love the whole series, can't wait til Ariella lil brother series.
I usually enjoy when a writer retells part of the story from a different characters perspective, and this third of three book spin-off series was no different. Although I think it was more the taming of Jaheim then it was the timing of Harmony. I look forward to continuing the main series with the Hybrid Chronicles.
The book was really good. It was steamy as hell! Mrs McCoy really pushed those scenes and they were went there. I loved the story line too. It was a very interesting perspective that I have never read about in a paranormal werewolf book. Great job! Now I have to read about the Pires in Kratius.
I get we had to end the series with the second oldest offspring of the James Pack and it was okay. I got a HEA, and that made me happy. However Harmony and Jaheim didn't have the excitement for me as the first series and books one and two. I am looking forward to The Hybrid series though.
This was one of the best paranormal books I’ve read in a long time the details and character development was so good it was like you could feel the emotions jumping off the pages
Leesha never disappoints!! I always enjoy her stories. I could not wait for this one. I loved Harmony from Ariella's story and wanted to see where she and Jah's story would go. Their relationship was so hot... FIre lol. Maybe Leesha will bless us with a second part in the future...Hint hint.
🔥🔥🔥 THIS BOOK PUT A LOT OF OTHERS TO SHAME. THE PERFECT LOVE STORY WITH THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF DRAMA. HARMONY AND JAHIEM ARE SO GOOD TOGETHER. I SWEAR LEESHA NEEDS TO GIVE THEM ANOTHER BOOK. LOVED THIS STORY JUST LIKE ALL THE REST.
I loved the way this flowed so smoothly. I loved the fact that they just fit together so good .They both changed each other. But why you ha e to end it like that though. Can't wait for the next book
Wow what can I say about this book. The storyline was awesome. I liked how the books tied in with one another. Harmony and Jaheim had the perfect love story. I wish it didn't have to end. I recommend this book!
This book is amazing. Periodt!! A must read! If you’ve read thus authors other books in this series( YOU SHOULD)you won’t be disappointed. Jahiem & Har got it in. I’m so glad they were mated. Harmony Gould her equal💕❤️💕❤️💕❤️
I just love this Series and how much love they have for each other. The family dynamics are amazing. Can’t wait to finish the second part of the series.
Okay, I love me some Harmony and Jaheim. I kept thinking he was to much for her but she was to much for him. Lol They kept taking my mind to another world but good storyline.
The book itself is great but I gave it 3 stars because the first 25% of the book is basically a repeat from what has already been written in the last Ariella James book.
I loved me some Jahiem!! I felt so bad for him and was glad he realized he wasn't alone. Jahiem and Harmony was good for each other. Hope to read more about them and the James family. Excellent series!!!
