Overview
Exodus Guilty is a fantasy themed adventure game released for the PlayStation by Imadio on November 26, 1998 and was the first title developed by Abel Software, a studio founded by Hiroyuki Kanno after leaving Elf. The game follows the stories of three different protagonists from three separate timelines on their various adventures. Abel later ported Exodus Guilty to the Dreamcast in 2001, under the title Exodus Guilty Neos, and an adult version of the game was released for the PC in 2002 called Exodus Guilty Alternative.
In 2003 Abel Software released the adult version of Exodus Guilty as three separate interactive DVDs with each volume focusing on one of the story's three time periods: Present, Past and Future. Hirameki International localized all three volumes of this release, with the erotic content removed, in 2005 as part of the company's "AnimePlay DVD" line of visual novels.
