The tiny Master of Evil
Champion Veigar comes from Bandle and deals extensively with Yordle magic. Thanks to his great fascination for the mysteries of the universe, he is now a master of the dark sorcery who is often underestimated by his enemies. In his role as a Mage, Veigar is mainly played on the Mid-Lane.Riot describes his Game Difficulty as „Moderate“.
Like all champions, Veigar has a passive ability, three basic abilities that you gradually unlock, and a particularly strong ability. The latter can only be obtained later during a game round. The passive ability is called „Phenomenal Evil Power“. The four active abilities are „Baleful Strike“, „Dark Matter“, „Event Horizon“ and „Primordial Burst“.

The Abilities:
„Phenomenal Evil Power“ (passive): when Veigar hits an enemy with a spell or takes part in a kill, his ability power increases.
„Baleful Strike“ (Q-Spell): with this ability, Veigar shoots a lightning bolt that deals magic damage to the first two enemies hit.
„Dark Matter“ (W-Spell): dark matter hits the target location and causes magic damage. Stacks of "Phenomenal Evil Power" reduce the cooldown.
„Event Horizon“ (E-Spell): a summoned cage of magic stuns enemies who cross its edge.
„Primordial Burst“ (R-Spell): Veigar shoots a primordial burst that deals high magic damage and scales with the target's lack of life.
