Linterdit dupe, the dry down has a bit of sandalwood ( which i LOVE ), I don’t get the grape soda vibe everyone’s is talking about. Smells expensive and I recommend layering it with a similar fruity perfume oil to make it last longer 🫶🏻

Vivid Laser Eye Gawd

This smells like a musky grape soda. You have to be careful with the sprays. The dry down brings out the musk and patchouli and also has a slight metallic effect.

Slightly spicier Fakhar Rose with a much less-powdery dry-down! Love it, this will be my new go-to when I want to smell like fresh grape soda :)

For the price- what a steal. If this had a designer label on it, people would pay much more. I got my bottle for about $20 on Amazon.
The listed notes are puzzling to me. At first spray, you get a very grape centric fragrance, but once it dries down, I get white florals and musk. The longevity on clothes is fabulous. I sprayed this on a flannel a couple of days ago, picked it up today and it still radiated Al Ibdaa Gold. Projection is intimate to moderate.
It's a little quiet for the colder months, but I could see this being gorgeous during the hot, humid summers where I live.

The delivery truck JUST dropped this one off and and I had to spray it IMMEDIATELY!

First Impressions:
This is a burst of fruity goodness in a bottle. Reminds me of a fruity candy: grapes or apples? As I let it steep in my fragrance collection, I'll report back if any of the Middle and Base Notes come through. I'm not yet picking up on the listed Middle Notes: roses, pineapple, floral notes or Base Notes: patchouli, musk. Stay tuned!

AL IBDAA (GOLD) by ARD AL ZAAFARAN

7 sprays on skin in 56 degrees.

1. Middle Eastern vibe (oud/spice centric): Nope.
2. Projection: 5/10. About 3 feet.
3. Longevity: 6/10. About 4 hours.
4. Drydown: About 30 minutes.
5. Patchouli forward on test strip after full drydown.
6. Time Niche: Fall/Spring/Winter. Day/night.

TASTE: Muscat grape (floral tasting grape). White grape juice. Peach/white grape juice from Welch's.

SMELL: Grape jello. Sugared flower petals.

SIGHT: Crushing wine grapes barefoot surrounded by floral garden. Georgia O'keeffe- Light of Iris painting. Van Gogh - Irises. Aster flowers. Morning Glory flowers.

SOUND: Adele- Someone Like You. Sia- I'm In Here.

TOUCH: Velvety petals of a Violet flower. Philodendron leaves.

Bright and soothing blend of florals, grapes, and very soft patchouli. Has a different personality depending on number of sprays. It doesn't just get louder as number of sprays increase. At $23 US at time of publishing this, it is fun to play around with this one to see the difference in scent profile as you increase the number of sprays.

It was not a pleasure. Horror movie stored in glass bottle.

This is a first impression since I just got this today. I am one of the few that absolutely loves the discontinued fragrance Magnifique by Lancôme. I cry when I think of that perfume, because I had hopes that once I was older I would purchase it since my 14 year old self did not have the funds to get it back then. Though I may say this is not an exact dupe, this smells very close to it, I would say 75-80 percent alike. Funny enough I recently had a tester for MMM by JHAG and I recognized that it smelled in the same family of magnifique and I had my eyes on it as a future purchase as well. I say that to say this also smells very close to MMM as well, 90-95 percent similar. I will say the opening smells just like Jamaican ginger beer, then the slight "grape" smells comes about shortly after. the overall scent is like a gingery spice with fruit and its sexy af. I hope this scent gets better as it maturates, but I hope it doesn't lose that "magnificent" smell it already has.

I only get around 4 hours of wear and for an Arab fragrance, the performance isn’t there. The scent itself is fruity but spicy but not overly sweet or aromatic. It’s a bit strong for me (thanks to the patchouli) but I think the pineapple and peach screams summer, with the patchouli adding a bit of that spice. I can see this being headache inducing for some though, if patchouli gets you.

Lidell

Sugary purple grape soda. I know it's floral, but it smells like sweets and that's it. The sparkly, in-your-face quality makes it a perfect nightclub scent, it is sexy even if it is in the hallway of being infantile. Certainly, a fun one, and a great performer. Get it instead of L'Interdit, it has the same performance and you can't tell the difference in their sillage.

I was unsure of this when I first saw it at the shop. The bottle design is intriguing, very beautiful and I'm a sucker for lovely bottles so made me want to test it out. It had too much of an arabian flair at first. But I later grew to appreciate it after sampling it again and again and I convinced myself that I had to get a bottle. I'm glad I did. It's a really beautiful scent. Sweet, candy like but not too sweet. The spiciness balances out the sweetness. Decent longevity, day or night out scent. I can't wait to wear it out more and I hope the scent deepens as it macerates. Great value and worth your coins.

To me this does smell remarkably similar to l'interdit. Overall I love this perfume.
Lattafa Fakhar Rose Gold is supposed to smell like this; Ard al zaafaran are owned by Lattafa so is this a case of the same perfume in different bottles? The notes listed are completely different so has anyone been able to compare them?

I had initially judged this negatively because it was oddly sharp. I went in expecting a burst of sweet fruit and flowers but instead got something akin to licorice, which is not my favorite. I placed it back in its box and thought to put it away to think on. Even as it dried down all I could think was “meh”. Once the first impression faded after a few hours I regrew my curiosity and tried again, and I am happy that I did. I can’t claim to know what a pineapple blossom smells like, but perhaps this is what mimicked the licorice and the first couple of sprays were too concentrated. You’ll want to try your best to get the most even spray possible to allow this to fully bloom, so spray confidently. On the top, the sweet apricot mixes with the apple blossom and creates a yummy scent similar to an air freshener. This sounds bad but I find it lovely and it transitions quick enough into a powdery floral until it finally fully embraces the musk and blends with my skin. This is not a game changer fragrance, but it sits nicely in the middle and I think it could make a great gateway to deeper, more intimidating ones.

This is gorgeous! It is a slightly sweeter version of L'Interdit. Smells like there is a bubblegum tuberose, but it is not listed in the notes. I am suprised how much I love this. The bottle is pretty too. Great price for the 100ml. I definitely recommend to anyone who loves sweet perfumes. Its a powerhouse too, lasts a long time and projects well. slightly musky on the dry down, just beautiful. I purchased mine on Amazon from a reputable seller. I believe I only paid $25. It was an incredible value and a great score! Get it, you won't regret it!

Stardust 25

Lovely fragrance lasts a long time on clothes and skin .. dries down to a nice musky fruity scent .

Glasny

Resembling L'interdit. I even thought I smelled the bubble gum tuberose but it was pineapple. This much fruitier than L'interdit, I smell grape notes too.

I had a (guy) friend that used to wear this one and it smelled just amazing on him, I had to get it for myself. So similar to L'interdit, I could say it's a good dupe for it, plus you get to smell expensive for less than a quarter of what the original costs. Longevity is very good on clothes, but on my skin it doesn't last that long maybe 4-5 hours top, but this might have to do with my ph. What surprised me the most is that it has that arabesque vibe to it, but it's veeery subtle, you wouldn't even notice it if you didn't know it.

Overall, buy it without doubt!

Bia_Cata

Call me insane but to my nose this has the same scent profile as L'Interdit, although there's no tuberose listed. I got this as a gift and recommended it to a few friends that owned&loved L'Interdit and they agreed - it smells very similar, like a grapey sweet&sour white floral. Beautiful, l wore it a lot last summer!
