Please see each listing for care instructions. Most of our hats are machine washable and dry-able! To help your items last longer, I recommend hand washing or at the very least, air drying.

We don't currently offer gift wrapping, but your order will come packaged with care instructions and wrapped in tissue paper with a wax seal, and could easily be gifted as-is if you add a gift tag!

We may be able to combine orders depending on shop volume. Feel free to send us a message and we may be able to accommodate, however, this is not guaranteed!

Due to the nature of hats and other accessories, and because of the pandemic, we are currently not accepting returns for any reasons other than damaged items. If your item is damaged, please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation!

Please note that we follow the laws in various countries and if you live in an area of the world where returns are allowed, we will follow those laws. Just reach out to us! For example, residents currently living in the EU have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
