We have not had many shipping issues, but it is always a possibility. As well as we pack items here, we can not control what happens when the packages leave our hands until you receive them. Priority shipping includes insurance. With everything going on currently around the United States, packages may be delayed or lost. Again, we haven't seen this much but insurance protects in this scenario. When sending packages, we take video of the package being placed in the mailbox at the post office so that you can see that it is on it's way to you and to protect if there are any issues. Recently we have seen package tracking not updating for extended periods of time literally until the package is delivered so getting the insurance is important just in case something does become lost in transit. We appreciate your understanding with these shipping concerns and will always do our best to help our customers.
