You will receive the succulent shown in the images.

The succulent will have may or may not have roots and will not come with soil and pot. After your order is placed, it will be shipping within 2-3 days because their roots need to be dried before shipping. Our goal is to ensure that you receive your succulents in the best possible condition. Upon receiving your succulents, you may trim the roots if you wish to, but you must allow the succulents to dry for another 1-2 days after trimming it then plant it. 

We do not accept refunds and exchanges; however, exception will be made if the succulent is dead or rotten. If the succulent is dead or rotten, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item with photos and we will issue a refund or exchange. Due to transit, it is normal for your succulents to change in appearance due to the lack of sunlight. Losing its vibrant color and turning green, the bottom leaves wilting, wrinkling, or falling are all within normal range, and will recover soon after you plant it.

We do not accept cancelations because right after the order is placed, we will remove the succulent from the soil and start drying its roots.

Note: USPS First Class does not provide added insurance for delay or loss, while USPS Priority Mail provides a $50 insurance. Therefore, Priority Mail is recommended. Once the package is handed over to USPS, we have no control over what happens, so if there is any delay or loss, we will not be able to cover it. However, will try our best to help.
