With minor damages- a partial refund is more common, bc the plant will still be okay. I always work with customers to get them what they want. With major damage- if the plant is beyond repair- I would send a replacement. Pictures of the cutting/plant’s condition are required in order to receive a replacement, showing time and date stamp, on the day of delivery.
However if the plant did not meet your expectations, no. There is no exchanges. Shipping liven plants is not like shipping clothes or shoes. All information is provided in the listing. Wow! Absolutely gorgeous! Hannah went above and beyond for me. It was very picky about the plant I wanted, and she saw to it that I got exactly what I wanted. Working with her was absolutely amazing and I can’t begin to thank her enough for all the time she spent with me to get the right plants . The packing was amazing, and the plants arrived, looking absolutely perfect like I had walked into her greenhouse and bottom there thank you for everything Hannah!
