If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for the package to be sent again Please check all addresses before submitting your order.

*** In the instance when your package is sent back to us because of an insufficient address provided by the customer, we will charge a resend fee. Please double check all addresses before placing an order. In the case you would not like your package sent back, we charge a restocking fee of half the amount you paid for your items. The fee will be deducted from your order refund amount total.

If you have provided an incorrect address and your order has not been shipped yet , we will do our best to update your order with the correct address. However, if your order has already shipped we are not responsible. A fee for repostage will be charged for your items to be sent to you again.

Designs By Koko is not responsible for items that are lost or stolen in the mail.

We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages.

Once the carrier scans your package, it is no longer our responsibility if the package is lost or stolen. We please ask that you file a missing package claim with the post office/carrier.

All clothing bundles are not returnable, because it is a personalized bundle. Refunds are not available, after purchase.
