Items & seller were fantastic in every aspect except communication; that was really hard most of the time. I had asked if my order had been shipped yet but didn't hear anything for over a week. Order had to be sent as 2 so eBay didn't auto-update- not a big issue, just wish we had been given the tracking #s or at least updated on the status of things. There also ended up being an address issue as well, but seller contacted the post office & made things right the same day the issue was discovered
