Good Morning: We spoke on Friday and I requested pictures. By the time I looked at the pictures and was ready to respond you had already posted this negative review. All I can say is I am sorry. I know I did package the item very well because I am very careful with all my glass items but things happen. I noticed I was your first ever purchase in ebay as your account was fairly new so I understand you not giving me the opportunity to make it right. If you look at my reviews I always try.
