Received one but battery is broken. Contacted seller, They claimed they have a photo of item and sent me a fake photo . I pointed out the battery on their photo has scratch mark different from the one I received. Also, the item I bought is brand new unopened in box, they have no way to take photo. They just keep denying.

The seller misrepresented what they are selling. I placed the order thinking that I would receive two 6 pack Raw Hand Sanitizer Peppermint and sea salt scent. I received Coconut and Lemon Verbena. They were poorly packaged and spilled all over in transit. Some are nearly empty. When I contacted the seller with pictures of what was received, the seller said that I posted pictures of the wrong item. I just took pictures of what was received.
