Thomas M. Jenik, 67, of Manhattan and Medusa, New York died peacefully at home on March 2, 2013 surrounded by his loving family after battling leukemia. He was an avid art lover, lifetime runner, enthusiastic reader of history and all things New York City. Graduate of All Hallows High School and Saint John’s University, he worked for the NYC Department of Probation and then the NY State Division of Parole. After retiring in 2006, he worked for the Stuyvesant Town Recreation Department until last June. He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Jane Holland and his two children, Alexandra Jenik and William Jenik. Friends may call at Andrett Funeral Home 353 Second Ave. NYC Monday 2-5 & 7-9pm. Mass of Christian burial Tuesday 11am at Immaculate Conception Church 414 E 14th St. NYC.
