Shirley R. Amack Tilton Carlson, 73, of Topeka passed away on Friday, December 2, 2016. She was born February 3, 1943 at Emerson, Nebraska the daughter of Raymond L. and Thelma F. Alexander Carlson. Shirley lived in Topeka for many years. She worked for Sunshine Maids. She attended church at Oakland Christian Church, going to the casino’s, and loved all kinds of animals. She will be remembered as a loving mom and grandmother.
She is survived by her children; Terry Amack, Daryl Amack (Patty), Gary Tilton, Lisa Stovall (Shannon), Kim Amack, Tammy Amack, Bernice Tilton.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers and sisters and three sons, David, Wade, and Kelly Amack
Funeral services will be held at Davidson Funeral Home on Thursday, December 8th at 10:00 am. Interment will follow at Half-Day Cemetery at Elmont. The family will receive friends from 6:30-8:00 pm on Wednesday evening at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Helping Hands Humane Society or to Grace Hospice.
