WATTS LABOR COMMUNITY ACTION COMMITTEE (WLCAC) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit, a community-based organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for South Los Angeles residents. The organization builds the community and families, serves people, and speaks out about current issues. WLCAC's services are essential, and their program sites are now OPEN with adjusted operations in compliance with CDC guidelines.
