Yee-haw! Country music star Jason Aldean will be the second headliner for the 2024 Voices of America Country Music Fest, FOX19 reports.

Keith Urban was the first headliner announced for the three-day festival in West Chester in September. The event, scheduled for Aug. 9-11, is expected to feature over 30 country artists, organizers said.

General admission tickets are currently priced at $209, "Main Stage" VIP passes cost $449 and "Super" VIP passes cost $1,499. The tickets allow admission to all three days of the festival.

Aldean's addition to the VOA lineup comes nearly three months after his last show in Cincinnati at Riverbend Music Center. During his July concert, the country star addressed the controversy over his song "Try That In A Small Town," stating that he wouldn't hesitate to play the song, which critics say glorifies vigilantism and racism.

"What I am is a proud American," Aldean told the crowd. "Cancel culture is a thing. ... which means try and ruin your life, ruin everything. One thing I saw this week was a bunch of country music fans that could see through a lot of the bulls---, all right?

Although many critics believe the song promotes gun violence and lynching sentiments amongst his rural fan base, it has become a rallying point for conservatives and several Republican presidential candidates, including Donald Trump, who have declared their support.
