  • 2014 Light pale golden. A medium tropical nose, petrol/white peach like, sweetness. Medium(+) acidity, off dry, medium body, high alcohol(medium) slightly fizzy. medium- yeasty and nutty finish with a hint of bitterness. A dry, medium body, easy drinking, unoaked, subtle, slightly fizzy wine for immediate consumption. Good balance, medium length, weak intensity, okay complexity, it is a good table wine. 86. Riesling, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc for the medium+ acidity, and also Trebbiano and Albariño. Slightly fizzy links to Spanish Galicia, Portugal and Germany. Lees contact links to Frence, Spain and Italy, but not Germany. Peach Candy links to albarono. Therefore, Albarino is the variety. Fishy nose at a cooler temperature, links to a seashore region. Thus possibly Rias Baixas. Two-year old, maybe partially barrel fermented for the hint of petrol?
