Description:

Prime Adhere is a unique, multi-purpose, high-performance gunnable sealant that works under demanding conditions where other sealants fail. With its unique formulation, Prime Adhere sticks through water and oil to nearly any surface found in a boat, including copper, galvanized steel, Kynar, wood, anodized aluminum, most plastics, vinyl, and more. And you don’t need dry dock conditions to apply it.

Features:

• Seals through oil or water: Prime Adhere will stick through those.
• Cold Weather Application: Prime Adhere can still be applied, so long as the sealant itself is kept at room temperature and the surface to be sealed is free of ice.
• Damp Settings: Prime Adhere will bond and grip to the surface and retain its hold.
• Handles situations where movement and temperature variations are major factors. It is an excellent option for the permanent air-tight bonding of vapor barrier sheets used in roofing applications.
• Seals metal roofs and siding and, in the marine industry, for sealing such things as transoms, portholes and instrument panels.
• Environmentally friendly: Low V.O.C. content (219 g/l)
• Paintable one hour after application

• LIMITATIONS: Product cures slightly tacky (this is normal). This causes some dirt attraction. So applications should be limited in areas where this is an issues. Its paintable to overcome this. Prime Adhere is not a structural adhesive.
