Customer Review

Beautiful

Contents: If they install and work as good as they look, I"ll be over the moon. Will update review later after I have some experience with them.

Hmm

Contents: Ja was soll ich sagen. Es kamen zwei Platten mit Holzlatten die auf Filz getackert sind. Für den preis finde ich sie zu teuer. Hab sie in örtlichen Geschäften besser und zu einem noch günstigern Preis gefunden. Meine gingen deshalb zurück.

Plan ahead if putting on ceiling

Contents: Floated this off the ceiling with govee LED light strip. Attached the panel to 1/2 inch birch ply with 2 types of construction adhesives and the included screws (through the foam). Trimmed it out with black-painted wood trim. I beefed up my ceiling joists to support the overall 38lbs static load of this construct. I dropped the panel trying to hang it on 18ga wire before converting to nylon rope. A small area of the MDF wood was damaged in the drop. But otherwise remained in great condition. One of the foam corners began sagging off the plywood and I came back with some PL Max adhesive, clamped it overnight, and it seems to be holding. Nice product. Lots of design potential.

Looks awesome

Contents: Some panels are cut slightly different from the others so when you lay one on top of the other, they don’t always align. The first 3 or 4 wood planks in the panel would align and the rest wouldn’ . Thought I was going crazy but then I’d use a different panel and it’ll work. In all, it looks great, easy to cut, a jigsaw does the job. Got many compliments and offers to install at friends’ houses. Planning on covering my entire basement in these.

Super high quality

Contents: This is a game-changer for my social media videos. The product is of high quality and gorgeous. I didn’t use glue on the back. It was unnecessary. I used a high quality razor to trim the thick material backing and also a carpet knife/razor (both worked well).

sharp edges

Contents: didn't like how sharp those wooden slat edges are. Put construction gloves on so you don't get cut while putting them up. Easy to cut with miter saw but the black felt gets every where.
