Afrin... A police officer was killed in an explosion near Kawa Roundabout

ARK News… A number of people were killed in an explosion in the city center of Afrin in Syrian Kurdistan, on Saturday, June 26, 2021.
The city of Afrin, near the Kawa roundabout, witnessed the explosion of a car bomb owned by a police officer, of the type Santafi, owned by a police officer.
Local sources said that Muhammad Hamada, a police lieutenant, and his daughter were killed in the explosion, while others were wounded.
The reasons for the explosion were not clear, except that terrorist acts have become almost daily in Afrin and its town, and similar explosions may occur from time to time.
