They literally look better and function better than my old one (lacks battery, thanks for the extra ones now I can use my old one!) They came in packaged so nicely, and neatly. They smelled so good too?? I swear I would love to buy out this guys' whole store that's just ho wmuch I love this. I bought them to give to my friends to try playing some of the old games th ePSP has and im so gladI chose this store.

We purchased the product for our son for Christmas. When we received the product it was flimsy and dirty. Our son tried to start the product but it would not come on. We immediately sent the product back to the seller. We assumed, incorrectly, that both the seller and Amazon would stand by the product. We were within the return period and purchased a warranty as well. Once we returned the product the warranty was voided as well. The seller accused us of trying to modify the item, which was an absolute lie. We were refunded shipping costs and nothing else. I would encourage everyone to not purchase items from this seller. There are other ratings that support my experience. In addition, we reached out to Amazon about this experience at least three times. Although the notes regarding or exchange with both the seller and Amazon was available no one seemed to be able to understand that the seller sold a defective product. Honor what you sell in your site.

 I am very happy with this product! It came in on-time, and works very well! The Playstation Portable (PSP) came with a charger, and two battery packs. I bought a game on the side, along with a 128GB memory stick, and all of the buttons work. The only thing is with modern Wi-Fi security and newer encryption software, it's harder for the PSP, being an older model, to connect to the internet. I am very happy and satisfied with my product.
