    I have to admit that I bought this because we play cards with other married couples. A good friend brought over their shuffler and it made the job of shuffling 6 decks of cards an experience.When I opened my product and den to insert batteries, I discovered the first issue. The springs that connect with the negative side of the batter are too long and so you have to fight to get the battery loaded properly. (See photo, I could get one battery installed correctly, the other . . . Forget it.) But a connection is made and it works but it is something the manufacturer surely could fix.The second issue with with the clear piece of plastic that slides up and down with the shuffled cards. It takes a little bit of thought to figure out how it can become spring loaded and that the two tabs on the side of shuffler with the bar to turn on the device, they hold this tray in place as the 6 decks are shuffled.

    We got this card shuffler when it was on sale & it was a good deal. It works well & is fun to use. We love that you can plug it in & don’t have to use batteries. Only thing is the plastic piece where the cards end up is fragile & often falls out.

    I’ve only tried with a single deck, and it works great. I haven’t been able to play cards much since I have some distal weakness in my hands and am unable to shuffle. This makes it easy now and I can join in card games without having somebody else shuffle for me. Great for anybody who has trouble shuffling cards especially new ones.

    Okay, the little machine is made of plastic, so you can't throw it around and expect it to last, but it does the job of shuffling 6 decks of cards well. In my opinion, you need to run the cards through a few times and cut the deck to mix up the shuffle each time to get a really good shuffle.
    Pros: Inexpensive and does as advertised.
    Cons: Occasionally, a card or two will slip off of the stack when it shuffles, but you just have to return them to the pile. It is a bit loud when running, but not horrible and it's only for a few seconds.

    Note: If you are looking for a Vegas style machine that will shuffle and cut automatically, this is not for you. This requires you to manually put the cards into two piles for each shuffle. We use it for Hand and Foot, so we want to mix up all the previous bunches of alike cards really well before playing again. I cut the deck into quarters before each shuffle and mix up the order of the quarters. I shuffle about 7 times. Works great.

The unit is made of plastic and the inner working components are all plastic parts, the quality on this product is good for light use not intend ended for heavy casino type playing. But for you home and family gathering and you want to play cards with mutable decks of card it is great because it shuffle for you. The batteries don't last that long but easy to change.t overall this is a great product for the money.
