I only have a proof hydrometer but it sank to the bottom of my graduated cylinder hard and fast, surprised the two glass surfaces didn't break. So the highest proof I can read with my setup is 190. So it's a minimum of 95% but the speed at which it sank would indicate 99%+

99% pure IPA that can be diluted down to whatever ratio you need. I mix to a 70% IPA/30% water ratio to use as a general cleaner, and it works great! Definitely a good buy if you need a lot of IPA
