This game is perfectly suited for my 5 year old daughter. We bought it for her 5th birthday and even though she has completed the game 6 times now, she still enjoys playing it 4 months later. Most of the game is fun and easy but there are a couple of levels that provide just the right amount of challenge and frustration to allow her to keep trying and but not so much as to make her wanna quit. The opening sequence tells a lengthy and entertaining story that does a great job building anticipation of the forthcoming game. My daughter will actually start a new game just to watch the opening sequence. Overall this is a very entertaining game and if I had it to do all over again I'd buy the same exact game.

I bought this for my daughter's 5th birthday. She loves it! It's easy enough that she is able to understand what she needs to do but it's also fun enough that my 7 year old SON likes to play it with her! They love that they can create & play as their own princess. I love that it is 1-2 player. I would recommend this for ANY little girl who loves princesses!

Ok, I must admit to being a bit of a girly girl when I say that I love this game. But it's with good reason! The story is good (I mean, really. What little girl hasn't dreamed of meeting/helping the disney princesses?), the graphics, while not amazing, are pretty enough so that it's not a huge distraction, the music is beautiful and match their respective areas, the gameplay is easy to understand, and you get to customize your character! That's, like, AWESOME~

But now to the cons. It is easy, but maybe a bit TOO easy. If they had added difficulty levels, that would have made this game all the better. Also, the area that you get once you beat the game (the area with Belle from Beauty and the Beast), there's only 1 thing you can do, which is play "stay away." Really, all you do is run around in circles until your time runs up. It's VERY unrewarding. If they had thought up more mini-games for the areas, that would have made it better as well. With the addition of more mini-games/fighting/story (maybe?), it would have made this game longer. I happen to HATE long games, but Enchanted Journey felt too short for its own good.

Overall, Enchanted Journey, though it lacks a few things, is an awesome game for little girls and big girls alike. Well, at least for big girls that like games that don't last for months and are cute. It's kinda like a little girl version of Kingdom hearts! You don't need to be 5 to like this game :D

I'm pretty upset to have received this game completely scratched up. I tried to look past the scratches and hoped it would play just fine. After maybe three minutes of the game starting it freezes and says error unable to read disc. The disc is covered in scratches and has one big gash in it. My six year old daughter was so excited to receive her princess game, only to find out it can't even be played. I'm very disappointed with this product especially because it was listed as "Used- Very Good" condition. I won't purchase from this seller again because of the false advertising in the games condition. It should have said "Used- And Broken" condition!

while you're helping the Princesses, the gem counter will be maxed out when it reaches 999; so, even though you keep collecting them on your mission, it can't hold anymore. The name box is also limited, so just use the first name of your girl before her trip starts.
