Army Men World War: Final Front is one of the many Army Men Games, but that doesn't mean it doesn't do it justice. While not as good as Army Men 3D or Air Attack, it is still a fun game.

Graphics are OK for the time, but it might be a little off putting for kids of the newer generation although it isn't anything to be bothered about. Models and animations are pretty good, and the environments are nice to look at most of the time, its just a little bland.

The sounds in this game do there job, but there is nothing to get excited about. Decent quality.

The controls in this game is easy to get used to, but sometimes the very slow turn speed can get you severe damage or even killed because you weren't fast enough to turn and kill the tan soldier. Controlling vehicles in the game is a little bit awkward, but after a while you will get used to it.

The gameplay is really the most important thing, and let me say that it is very enjoyable. While not the best game in the series, it can be really fun and with the mostly excellent level design, it adds the cream on the pie. While some of the framerate issues and slow turning issues can hinder enjoyablillity, it is over all a good game.

Pros: Fun Gameplay
Good Graphics at the time
Nice level design
Lots of weapons and vehicles to use

Cons: Framerate issues, sometimes in the low 20's
Slow turning and somewhat awkward vehicle controls
Sounds in the game could be better

Overall, Army Men World War: Final Front is a good game, and I would recommend it to any fan of the Army Men series, let alone a great addition to the World War series. I wouldn't necessarily recommend it to a gamer into this generation, mostly because they would be too spoiled with better graphics, better framerate, and other things, but anyone looking for a classic game for their PlayStation should pick this up immediately. I hope this mini review was helpful in your decision of buying this great piece of software!

No reviews since 2001? Wow. First of all, this game's T rating is a joke. If this was re re-released this year, it would be E10. But don't think for a minute that this game is kiddie. Its another solid plastic title for the terrific Army Men series!

WHAT I LIKED: I liked the overall gameplay. Army Men has almost never failed me with a bad game. And Final Front didn't disappoint. What I especially noticed was all the innovation that went into this game. Such as the pyramid level where you have to dodge all sorts of booby traps. The last level was epic. A real "Final level". You get all the familiar weapons, such as the bazooka, flamethrower, grenades etc. I also really liked some of the environments, such as the castle.

WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE: This game was very fun except for a few complaints. The controls for some of the vehicles(Especially the tank) were terrible. The worst Army Men controls out there. The graphics (As with all the games in the World War series) are not very good. Also, the ending was not very satisfying. Plus, this is one WEIRD army men. It doesn't really feel like WWII like LSA did.

CONCLUSION: Buy this!!!!!!!!!!
