Product Description

Pharma Grade DMSO is a very distinctive dipolar highly aprotic organic solvent with a freezing point of 64 Deg F. DMSO by itself is actually odorless, what makes Dimethyl Sulfoxide smell and taste like onions or garlic is DMS (Dimethyl Sulfide). Industrial grades of DMSO will contain DMS and therefore give off an offensive odor. Pure Pharma Grade Dimethyl Sulfoxide is distilled and purified to remove DMS and any other contaminants leaving it odorless. The Toxicological aspects of DMSO have been studied extensively over a long period of time and it has been concluded to be a very low toxicity hazard in humans and animals. It should also be understood that when water is present as a cosolvent in DMSO the penetration kinetics are much lower.

This experience is a roller coaster. I have a chronic pain in my neck for a long time and tried everything. Physical therapy, chiropractic adjustments, massage tools, exercises. I was making slow progress towards recovery and had ups and downs. The bad time when i was experiencing lot of pain required a painkiller and from previous experience i knew i can’t take those for long term without adding stomach issues. I tried all kinds of creams as well with no results. Then a friend recommended dmso.
The very first application brought 80% relief from pain. After 3 days there is hardly any pain and my chiropractor has an easier time to do my adjustments as well.
The solution does burn when applied on skin. I won’t lie, not the most comfortable feeling for about an hr or so. Still better then the pain i was experiencing. I am pretty sure there are ppl who would not be comfortable with using this product. Bu myself i am happy with the results.

I’ve been dealing with hip pain for two months now. Using OTC medication to deal with the pain. Not one to take meds unless I’m really in bad pain, so have only taken meds once a week, but in my book that’s still too much. Through much research on trying to find out what exactly was going on with my hips, I discovered that it’s the trochanteric bursa and NOT arthritis, that’s becoming inflamed! Good! Well, kind-a. My job requires that I sit at a computer for 8 long hours a day. Been doing this for MANY years and I guess that hasn’t been good for my hips even though I use a cushion on my chair. This pain came out of no where and it makes me walk like a penguin every time I’d get up from my seat. I walk on a treadmill at least four times a week so it’s not like I’m just sedentary. I was determined to get to the bottom of how to get rid of it. Icing would help but it was short lived. Massage helped but again, short lived. I kept digging for an answer and found that this product can actually penetrate down to the bursa to relieve the inflammation. I thought, please let this be the answer. I received it today and immediately put it on (I bought the roll on) and I kid you not; THE PAIN IS GONE!! Within minutes of putting it on, the pain is gone. Don’t know how long I’ll be pain free, but now I can get rid of it. It did kind of itch in the same spot on both hips and has a slight smell that dissipated as it dried but, THE PAIN GONE!! Looking forward to getting back to running on my treadmill. For the price, I’m glad I took this chance. I hope it works for you too.

First I'm 70 years old, and first tried DMSO for a back injury 50 years ago...... back then I use a paint brush!!...... and guess what!....... To much DMSO will burn your shin........ your skin will heal and it no big deal, but it's a bit painful to say the least......... anyway, this roll on applicator is excellent, and the DMSO is a little thicker....... Most DMSO I've tried is very watery ......... anyway, put some on and STOP........ wait a little while and give yourself a second dose........ if you keep rubbing yourself with the Roller Applicator until you start to feel the heat....... you probably have to much on!!!

I have read a lot of good things about DMSO so I thought I would give it a try. I chose the roll-on bottle because it just seemed easier, less messy, and longer lasting. Give me a cream and I'll use the entire jar in two days and make a mess everywhere. The roll-on bottle really makes application fast and easy. Next, I have to say, I have used lots of pain relief creams over the years like Bengay, Icy Hot, Absorbine Jr., etc. and this stuff is the hottest stuff I have ever used. It's borderline too hot and can be a little uncomfortable for a while until the heat subsides. I put this on the back of my neck before bed and I tossed and turned most of the night because it was too hot. That said, my neck felt better the next day.

I have tendonitis in my right arm. I have tried different things to remedy and relieve when my friend told me about the benefits of DSMO. I then ordered this product with a roll on applicator. As I waited for it to arrive I read about this product on various website including this company.
When I got it I read the card that came with. It was nice looking. It had no instructions, just "if you have any issues contact us and don't just write a review". I excitedly applied to my washed clean (not with soap) arm. Immediately my skin started to tingle. Soon it was so painful and the skin was bright red. I held out for 10 minutes and then couldn't do it any more and washed it off.
I emailed the customer service telling about my experience. I got a reply that "It should not be applied heavily and allowed to sit and dry."
I wrote back saying since there were no instructions included with the product I was surprised at this and asked what is too much and how long should it stay on.
They sent me a general statement not answering my questions.
I have emailed them back a couple of times and finally got this: "We have provided you with the all the information we can. We cannot make any other recommendations on how to use this product. This is a product that you the consumer must do research or contact your healthcare provider."

My friend to told me to dilute it with water (what the use of a roll on applicator then?). It was hard. And I waited a little - didn't want to go too long. But had no relief.

This was a waste of both time and money for me adding some aggravating emails from a company that are more interested in a good rating than customer service and helping their customers...
