Samah Alhajeri

Samah Al Hajeri is the Director of Cooperatives and Strategic Reserve in the Ministry of Economy and managing Circular Economy & Blue Economy files. Samah is the Ambassdor of Gender Balance at Ministry of Economy. Certified in Project Management (PMP) with more than 10 years' experience in Policy Development, Economics Behavioral Insights, Project Management and Innovation Management.  Member of the National Team of the Global Innovation Index, member of the Knowledge-based Entrepreneurial Committee and member of the UAE Advanced Innovation Strategy Taskforce.   A graduate of the UAE Impactful Leadership Program and a graduate of Executive Masters in Public Administration. Holder of Public Innovation Diploma from University of Cambridge and certified as a young advisor for Small and Medium Enterprises.  Holder of Diploma in Economic Behavioral Science from Chicago Booth University. Winner of the Minister’s Award for the “Innovative Employee 2020”.  During her work in ADNOC Group, she was the Chairperson of ADNOC Group Suppliers PQR Committee.  She got the ADNOC Offshore HSEQ Award 2015 in the field of Health, Safety, environment & Quality and ADNOC Offshore Sustainable Excellence Award.
