Meet the Team
Sannette Coetzee : CEO & Founder
Amongst her many transformational leadership roles, Sannette Coetzee has been the Head of Agility COE at Visa, a role she has dynamically embraced to foster global agility and champion the integration of agile best practices across the organization. Her tenure at PayPal as an Executive Agility Coach Lead saw her architect and implement innovative scaled agile models, bringing transformative change to organizational processes.
Her diverse and rich experience across various sectors has allowed her to develop unique insights and contribute to innovations in business agility.
During the last 23 years, she has been an IT support technician, a web developer, back back-end developer, a network administrator, a project manager, a scrum master, an agile coach, an agile transformation leader, an educator, a change agent, facilitator, and community builder.
She has experience with tools and techniques along the complete value stream from concept to cash and has designed and implemented adoption programs including DevOps best practices, team best practices ( Scrum, Kanban, workflows, Innersourcing), scaled agile ( team of team planning, collaboration, and execution), portfolio design and implementation,
Product Management ( customer focus, design thinking, value stream creation, value-driven backlogs ), community building amongst others.
Her latest accomplishments include the design and implementation of a scaled agile framework at a major player in the finance industry. It allows for choice and considers the product's maturity, investment, and other factors to decide the appropriate operating model.
She was pivotal in the adoption of the off-the-shelf SAFe framework and created 3 bespoke scaled agile frameworks, 2 Product Management Frameworks, and many bespoke workflows that have been adopted during her tenure. She designed and ran over 2500 workshops, trained over 2000 teams, and spent uncountable hours coaching.
She is a master facilitator and known for her engaging and informative presentations, as well as her ability to inspire and motivate her audience.
